YANG Shengli

Professor Shengli Yang, born in February 1983 in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, P.R. China, is currently affiliated with the China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing). He graduated with a bachelor and master degree in mining engineering from the China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) in 2006 and 2009. In July 2009, he worked at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) as a teaching assistant. In July 2011, he worked as a lecturer. In July 2016, he started working as an associate professor. In 2019, he graduated with a PhD degree in engineering mechanics from the China University of Mining and Technology. In July 2021, he started working as a professor. His research interests include thick coal seam mining, mining pressure and ground control, and steeply inclined coal seam mining.
